Your Privacy Matters

We believe privacy isn’t just a legal checkbox — it’s a promise. Here’s exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your data.

Last updated: May 15, 2025

1. The Short Version

We’re Weblabs Studios — a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through SEO, AI‑powered strategies, and web development. When you interact with our website (fill a form, request an audit, or just browse), we may collect a few pieces of information. We never sell your data, we never spam you, and we only keep what we need to deliver the service you asked for.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: directly from you (when you reach out) and automatically (through normal website tools).

Information You Give Us

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address
  • Business context: website URL, the service you’re interested in (SEO, AEO, GEO, development, etc.)
  • Message content: anything you write in the “message” field

All of this is collected only when you voluntarily fill out our contact form, free audit form, or any other submission form on our site.

Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we use cookies and standard analytics tools to understand how our site is used. This includes:

  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • Browser type and device information
  • Referral source (how you found us)
  • Anonymized IP address

None of this allows us to personally identify you — it’s just aggregate data that helps us make our website better.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for a few simple purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry: Once you submit a form, we’ll get back to you — usually within 48 hours.
  • To provide our services: If you become a client, we’ll use your contact info to manage your projects, send invoices, and communicate about deliverables.
  • To improve our website: Aggregate analytics help us see what content is useful and how we can make your experience smoother.
  • To send occasional updates (only with your permission): If you opt in, we may send you helpful marketing tips or service announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime.

We don’t run ads, we don’t build shadow profiles, and we don’t use your data for anything beyond the reasons above.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are tiny files stored on your browser that help sites remember preferences or track usage. We use them for:

  • Essential functionality: Like keeping your form session secure (reCAPTCHA, nonces).
  • Analytics: We use privacy‑friendly analytics (no personal identifiers) to count visits and understand page performance.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies to distinguish humans from bots. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of our site (like forms) may not work as intended.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only times your data may be shared are:

  • Service providers: Trusted partners who help us run our business — email delivery services (so we can reply to you), hosting providers, and analytics platforms. All are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal obligations: If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose data in response to a valid legal request.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep contact form submissions and client records for as long as needed to provide our services, answer follow‑up questions, and comply with legal requirements. If you haven’t engaged with us for a while, we periodically clean up old data. You can also request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your Rights Over Your Data

You have complete control over your personal information. Here’s what you can ask us to do:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Fix any incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Ask us to delete your data (unless we have a legal reason to keep it).
  • Opt‑out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the link in any email, or contact us directly.

To exercise any of these rights, just email info@weblabsstudios.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take data security seriously. Our website runs over HTTPS, we use firewalls, secure WordPress configurations, and strict access controls. Form submissions are processed through anti‑spam checks (reCAPTCHA, time‑based validation) and stored in a secure database.

9. Links to Other Websites

Our site may contain links to external resources (like client case studies or partner sites). We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their policies before sharing any personal data.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The latest version will always be posted here, with the “last updated” date clearly shown. If we make significant changes, we’ll add a notice on our homepage.

12. Get in Touch

If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to chat about how we handle data, we’re all ears. Reach out anytime:
